Now the leg work really gets going. During this time we need to line up all of your financing, verify a clean title, meet a variety of crucial deadlines, and get all proper inspections and evaluations completed. You will really appreciate being able to reach both of us at any time during this stressful period by email and mobile phone. It is never too late or too early for our clients. We are there to stay in constant contact with the lenders, title companies, sellers, inspectors, and keep you abreast of any changes that may occur. We will do everything we can to make the process go as smooth as possible. Don't forget the buyer's walkthrough shortly before closing, we'll be there with you to make sure everything is in order before you sign a thing.
