Seeing Homes: Make the Most out of Viewing Properties
This is the most fun and most exhausting part of the whole process. We will work tirelessly to find the home that you want. We will show you as many homes as you want to see, as many times as you want to see them. When you find the home you want, we recommend seeing another one, and coming back to make sure it is the way you remember it, and the home for you. Often our clients try to see too many homes at a time. After so many homes, it becomes counterproductive, and you can't keep track of which ones you liked and which you didn't. Though we will see as many as it takes, we typically recommend seeing 6-10 homes in a day. We like to be quite thorough and spend about 30 minutes at each home. While shopping, we are happy to accomodate friends and family so you can get all the input you need to make a very important decision.
