  • Counsel you on the home buying experience and answer any questions you may have about the current market conditions or the home buying process. Because we work for you, we require a Buyer's Agreement to be signed by you as clients and us as your agents. You need to know that we're here to work in your best interest. That your needs are above ours, and fiduciary and confidentiality agreements are very important to us. We sign a contract with you that expressly states, your best interest is our #1 goal.

Our experience often helps us find homes that may interest you that you couldn't find. Please let us provide you with a list of all the homes in the area that fit your needs. We will also communicate with you throughout the process, to discuss changes in the market or new homes that have become available.
  • Recommend quality people to assist you in the process. We are happy to recommend mortgage, title, inspection, and home warranty companies that have proven to us they are professional and experienced and will always have your best interests in mind. And rest-assured, we do not accept "kickbacks" for referrals from anybody, so when we recommend somebody to you, it is solely because they have proven themselves over and over again.
  • Help you choose a home. We will spend as long as you want discussing the positive and negatives attributes of every home to find the one that best suits your needs. We will also prepare a Comparative Market Analysis of any home you are interested in, and be a source of information for any questions you have along the way.
  • Prepare, Complete, and Submit offers. This can be the most crucial step to the whole process. We always set redundant safe-guards for our clients.
