Market Analysis: How Much is Your Home Worth?

Have a qualified Realtor do a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) on your home, taking into account every detail such as neighborhood, recent transactions, your homes precise characteristics, and market trends. This is your best pricing tool, and often people undervalue their home to the point that the Realtor more than pays for him/herself simply by being able to price your home accurately. When pricing a home, we always recommend you take into consideration two main parts: "How much do want for your house?" and "How quickly do you want to sell your house?" We will then decide with you, what price will best accomplish both those goals. We will be there with statistics proving to you why we are recommending the price we recommend.
