Contract: Negotiating the Right Price
This stage is where our experience as Realtors is invaluable. A poorly written Real Estate Purchase Contract (REPC) can cost you hundreds or thousands of dollars. We will present you with all offers, even the ones we recommend you don't accept. It is not our job to decide for you, we simply bring everything to the table and advise you of what we believe is the best course of action. We have years of experience in getting you the best outcome possible and will work tirelessly to achieve it. During this time you will have to sign Seller's Disclosures, Lead-based Paint Disclosure, REPC and any addendi, FHA addendum, and other important documents. You will really appreciate us during this time.
