Listing Period: Be Prepared to Sell Your Home
We will walk you through step-by-step the entire listing process to develop a contract that works for you. We recommend using our keyboxes for access to your home only by licensed Realtors. These keyboxes are very safe and record everybody who uses them, so if a problem should arise, we will be able to remedy it quickly; though I should say, we have never had a problem with a keybox at @Home Realty.
The best thing you can do to help us during this critical period is be flexible. Keep your home clean and showable at all times, you never know when the future buyer of your home will call and say they want to see it. We require other agents to contact us for appointments, which we will schedule with you if desired, but you never know if the appointment is going to be only a few minutes away. Please help us sell your home by being patient during this time.
